Restless nights and sleepy days are an unwelcomed frequent to my home. I lay there toss and turn to lay head up eyes owled open. "I can't", I thought. The cozy, comfort giving bed was on vacation and left me with a irritable selfish bed that wants to just sit there. I remember the days when sleep was too welcomed and well deserved. Sleep to me now behaves like the american dollar to a poverty stricken soul who has pavement and boxes for a bed, it comes far too infrequently. Time avails and still no sleep. Opportunity is open, sleep is scarce. I played peek a boo and sleep hides away hidden from my grasp.
Restless nights and sleepy days are unexplained. I gain few hours rest before rude awakenings and I'm conscious for the remainding day and a good portion of the morning to follow the midnight koo koo. Energy is high and work well spent after I arise. Efforts to work and tire go undone when sleep hour arrives and weariness is playing games. I wait on weariness to set. She ignores my patience and its evolved patter of my shoes on the wooden floor.
Restless nights and sleepy days come at the failure of my bouts and engagement with the shedevil insomnia. She wins till the near end, then gives up her belt. I won. I slumber. I'm sleep. Not too long before the sun prys open the lids to my eyes. Like rusty hinges my eyes open to another day. Exhausted, I strategize another way. Somehow to conquer the tricky beast who comes and eats my sleep is a hope I need to meet! The clock ticks and tocks the day begins...
... and another restless night has turned yet again into a sleepy day.

All you need is a little Benadryl, just he plain allergy one, that comes in either solid pink or half pink have white...I prefer the half and half kind...you good to go for several hours. They also have over the counter sleeping pills, not sure of the names, but I know the generic is called, "Go Sleep"...just like that.
If that doesn't work go to the doctor and get a prescription.
Now I'm not one usually for sleepless nights, but whatever the problem is, you need to get it together, if not for those bags under your eyes. I don't see you, but I can only image you look a dark rough mess, under the eyes.
Aww Fuzzy, Bro. How you been really? Don't give me one of those clean answers? I'ma need to come up there and see you before the end of this year. Love You Bro! Keep In Touch!
I have sleepless nights too sometimes...last night was one too...until 6:30am this morning.
There are some excercises that you can do to get you to fall asleep, jackin off (smile) and I prefer Nyquil if it really gets difficult.
Please get some rest.
Go to Walgreen...look in the pain reliever isle...wrap your hands around Walgreens version of Tylenol PM...sleep will come. Trust me!!!!
Boo, if you are sleep deprived you may need to invest in an activity prior to bed time that will afford you the opportunity to get some much needed sleep.
Reading does it for me, I generally keep a good book close by for those restless nights. If all else fails... self pleasuring will work (Wink).
