You made me smile before I saw you
You turned me on before touching me
My mind wondered with you to a distant place
Expecting, waiting for that warm embrace.

Much was there something was not
I wanted to give a story to this inkblot
You said you wanna try I tried
You said you wanna go I went along
Against my gut, I tried something new
But I'm sitting here right now pissed at you!

Reaching my end holding onto the beginning
Convincing myself of a possible fictional storyline
I sat and stared, thought and stood, watching my days move slower and slower going bye

I want a change, I don't know how to make it
Unfortunately I don't think I can take it.
Happily ever after might skip me by
As I sit on the floor in the bathroom teary eyed!
