No More Nice Fuzzy

Can some one tell me why in the world somebody who I have been nothing but kind to just acted shady as hell to me this morning? I think the day before also! Let me explain...

On last Friday, Nov 3rd, my job conducted a survey with many of the customers that come through the cafeteria. The reason for this is to improve service to them, give them a chance to voice their opinions and suggestions. Well, I have to say that there was a bad report. Reports were in the area of slow service due to employees performing other tasks, employees talking on the phone, breakfast line being slow, things of that nature. Some of these were blamed on ME! I'm like HUH?!?! Apparently, one of the employees told my boss during a one on one convo that I was the one who was talking on the phone and holding up the breakfast line. I flipped internally, but said not a word out of line. I just told the truth when I got my chance for my one on one conversation. This took place yesterday, the 6th of Nov.

Today, a new morning routine was implemented in efforts for improvement. Fine good and not a problem! I, at my designated time, report to the kitchen. I informed two people that I was going to the restroom and the cook that I was going to be working with told me right after to go down and bring up some ground beef and 3 bags of chicken so I can begin the prep for the next day. I did all he asked but his 3 bags wasn't down there but since he said to get them I continue to look for them. Apparently Cisco never came and the chicken was unavailable! Only 3 or 4 min wasted looking for it not much right? WRONG! I was gone for 20 minutes and nobody knew where I was, get that one! My boss came into the kitchen looking for me and asked the cook I was supposed to be working with where I was. The reply was, "I don't know, he was here like 15 or 20 minutes ago and left and hasn't come back yet" (as per 2 witnesses and the boss. I get back into the kitchen and my boss casts me bunches of shade and I'm like WTF! I didn't say it but it was the feeling that I had at the time :-/ hey, I'm human.

My thing is, I did nothing to this dude and he came for me. I am nice toward him in every way. Things are about to change. That nice fuzzy that everyone knows and loves is about to become Mr. Hard Ass Fuzzy! But you'll still know me as regular ol' fuzzy! I'll let you know how all goes as it happens...

:-) I believe so also! I was schooled today by homegirl, I'm going to caller "R". She told me dont trust anybody here and they are all back stabbers and trouble makers! I was like wow... she told me to trust nobody. I'm understanding now because this is the second time she told me this. She told me back on my second day working here. But its ok, I KNOW NOW!!!

Trusting people is never a good idea.(sometimes)

I don't know. I just don't trust people for certain reasons. But best believe those people get their just due. This one girl was trying to get me fired, and they caught her stealing money. Sometimes you just have to not be so open ith people, still a bit affable; but not so, like, giving of yourself.

oh chile i can't take it. Tell them hoes to get their own chicken. and NEVA be afraid to stick up for yourself and address something before it gets out of hand. if you see your boss ahs a problem with something ,speak to him ASAp. You don't want important thing s to go unsaid and build up to become an escalated situation-like getting fired. Unemployment lines are nOT a good look. Not on my Fuzz.
